MSC Bellissima is the second Meraviglia‑class ship, built at Chantiers de l’Atlantique and christened in Southampton on March 2, 2019 by Sophia Loren. She measures 315 m (1,034 ft) with a gross tonnage of 171,598, carries about 5,655 guests in 2,201 staterooms with 1,595 crew, and sails at up to 23 knots. The heart of the ship is Galleria Bellissima, a 96‑meter indoor promenade crowned by a spectacular 80‑meter LED dome.
