Grandeur of the Seas – Royal Caribbean
Grandeur of the Seas Overview and AP Status 2025
Grandeur of the Seas has been sailing since way back in 1996, making her one of the older ships in the Royal Caribbean lineup. She can hold around 2,400 passengers, so she’s on the smaller side, but that’s part of the charm—less walking, fewer crowds, and a more chill vibe overall.
You’ll usually find Grandeur cruising the Caribbean or sometimes hanging around the U.S. East Coast. She’s not packed with high-tech thrills or giant slides, but she’s got a classic feel, good service, and all the basics covered—pool deck, decent food, live shows, and cozy bars. If you’re cool with old-school cruising and just want to relax, hit some sunny ports, and not break the bank, Grandeur gets the job done.
