Carnival Celebration

Carnival Celebration is operated by Carnival Cruise Line and sails under the Bahamas flag. The ship was built by Meyer Turku in Turku, Finland, and officially entered service in 2022 following delivery on November 2, 2022.

In size, Carnival Celebration comes in at 183,521 gross tons, measures 1,130 feet in length with a 137-foot beam, and is designed for 17 knots of service speed. Guest capacity is 5,362 at double occupancy, supported by 1,735 crew, with full occupancy listed around 6,465.

Dining is a major highlight: the ship offers at least sixteen named restaurants and eateries, including Emeril’s Bistro 1397, Big Chicken, Rudi’s Seagrill, ChiBang!, Bonsai Teppanyaki, Bonsai Sushi, Guy’s Burger Joint, Guy’s Pig & Anchor Smokehouse | Brewhouse, BlueIguana Cantina, Seafood Shack, Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse, Cucina del Capitano, Lido Marketplace, Carnival Kitchen and The Chef’s Table. Depending on how you count quick-service spots and seasonal pop-ups, the total number of places to eat climbs even higher.

Beyond the restaurants, the ship is packed with big-ticket features across six themed “Zones,” from the LNG-powered BOLT roller coaster and the adults-only Serenity retreat to Cloud 9 Spa, WaterWorks (the line’s largest water park), Playlist Productions shows, Family Feud Live, piano and comedy venues, and destination-inspired spaces like 820 Biscayne, The Gateway, and the Golden Jubilee.
